Hello Cheetahs! 

My name is Cade Chace and I'm honored to serve as the Principal at Cedar Hills Elementary.  I've spent my career working in various capacities within Blue Valley.  During that time, I’ve taught 3rd and 5th grade at Sunrise Point Elementary and served as an Instructional Design Coach within the district.  My experiences also gave me the opportunity to learn and lead a variety of initiatives at a building level, district level, throughout the metro, and on a national level at times.  

While at work, I have one clear driver—serving others.  I’m at my best when I’m listening, helping, and solving problems.  I am truly passionate about curating relationships, innovative student-centered learning experiences, and creating an environment where students and adults are safe and willing to take risks in their learning journey.    

My wife, Audrey, and I have two children, Maya and Landon, and an energetic German Shorthair named Summer.  Outside of work, I enjoy working with my hands, being outdoors, and enjoying my time with loved ones.
