I am so excited to be the principal at SRE. It is an honor to be a part of the Falcon family.  I can't wait to see what we can accomplish as we work together to help our students reach high levels of success in both academics and social/emotional learning.  

I grew up in Liberty, MO.  I then earned my Bachelor's degree in Vocal Music Education from Northwest Missouri State University and my Masters in School Leadership from Baker University. I started my career as a music teacher in Liberty, MO. I then headed to SMSD where I was a music teacher, middle school assistant principal intern and then spent 6 years as an elementary principal.

On a personal note, my husband Tyler and I have one daughter, Hallie Grace. She definitely keeps us on our toes. In the summer, we love to go to Clinton lake, the pool and take any opportunity to head to the beach.  We also love to spend time with family and friends whenever possible.  

After a long time in education, I am so glad that my path brought me to your school community. I look forward to an awesome year at SRE.  Thank you for sharing your kids with us each day.
