Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Blue Valley Schools will transition to a new platform, Bound, submitting physicals and required paperwork.

Students participating in athletics, dance, and/or cheerleading for the 25-26 school year will be required to upload a completed KSHSAA physical, dated after May 1, 2025, with a doctor’s signature, and complete all the necessary forms to be able to participate. 

Students involved in activities that do not require a physical will still need to complete the other required forms to participate. Those activities include band, choir, theater and orchestra.

Physicals must be completed on this EXACT document–print and take with you to your student’s appointment!

Blue Valley is excited to announce a new partnership with Bound for all athletic passes and individual tickets for the 2025-26 school year. Fans can now purchase passes or tickets online through the Blue Valley Bound page, or find ticket links on each high school’s Activities and Athletics page. This partnership makes ticketing more efficient and convenient for both fans and staff, helping ensure a smoother experience at the gate.

Events hosted at non-EKL schools or outside Blue Valley may have different ticket pricing and payment options. This includes postseason events, tournaments and non-league competitions. Some locations may not accept cash, while others may not accept credit cards. Families are strongly encouraged to check with their school’s athletic office before traveling to away games to confirm ticketing details.

To complete the registration process, please visit the Aubry Bend Bound website and create your family account.  We will not be accepting paper copies of the physical forms, you must create an account and upload the physical.  

Once inside the portal, you will be able to:

• Connect your parent and student accounts

• Enter demographic information

• Upload a valid physical

• Digitally sign off on required participation documents (do not need to print or upload)

  • Code of Conduct

  • Substance Abuse

  • Concussion Form for those activities that require it

• Register for the activities your student(s) will participate in this school year.  Make sure you have selected the 2025-26 school year.

• Enter email and/or phone number to receive updates on schedule changes and messages from coaches and administration
