Dear Mission Trail Families,
Wow, what a wonderful week of celebrations! Congratulations to Mrs. Porteous and the fifth grade students on a magical performance! It was truly delightful!
Our Ruby Bridges walk was well attended and the children learned about the bravery of a kindergarten girl and fighting racism! I hope your child can share with you what we learned.
Well, the Bond's deck is done! I am sure you were anxiously awaiting an update. 😉 We are clearly no longer in our thirties!
I hope we see you at the MTE OPEN HOUSE and All School Dinner/Book Fair on Thursday evening.
The Open House is a quick and casual event. We just love having our families pop in and see the school. Feel free to wander not only your child's classroom, but other pods too!
The All School Dinner is a fifth grade fundraiser for a fifth grade gift to the school. The gift is still being decided on and we will share when we know what will be gifted. We would love your input. Please fill out a suggestion and put it in the Suggestion Box at the OPEN HOUSE!
I will NOT send an email next weekend. My next email will be on Sunday, December 1, 2024.
I have asked all staff to turn off email this Friday at 3:45 and take the week off. I want them to focus on their families.
I hope all our families have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Safe travels to all of you traveling. Becca and Yuri will visit and I am so excited to spend time with them.
