SCHEDULE

We have four instructional opportunities for students to explore during their time at LVE: Physical Education, Art, Music and Spanish.  Classrooms rotate through the four day schedule and then start over again, in order.  We function on a color rotation where each class knows which Specials they will go to on each colored day.  (i.e. If a class goes to Spanish every yellow day, then they know where to go when yellow comes up on the rotation).  Classroom teachers will notify families which day is which Exploratory Special Class.

We do not alter our schedule due to snow days.  If a school day is canceled due to incliment weather, then we continue on with our color rotation with the next planned color day when we return to school.  Students will participate in specials on school party days, but the time blocks will be modified.  Students do not attend Specials on our two half-days (day before winter break and the last day of school).
