Physical Information
In short, Blue Valley requires our students to have the KSHSAA physical filled out and completed prior to any practice or competition. A parent/ guardian will need to create an RSchool account, upload the physical documents, and complete registration for your student-athlete. This used to be done in a paper packet however it is now completely digital.

PRO TIP: You may be able to send the forms below to the doctor’s office and have them complete the forms and return them to you, or you could schedule an appointment at CVS as another option who can perform a physical for roughly $30.

Below is the website for creating your parent RSchool account. Once you register your account you will confirm your account via your email, then begin registering your student(s). You will upload pictures of your student’s physical and then complete a few forms like transportation, emergency, and medical history.

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination form submitted for review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. The Physical Examination shall not be taken earlier than May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable.
