    Thank you for visiting the VIP page. The Blue Valley School District welcomes volunteers and placed them where they are needed in each school. For more information on how to get involved as a volunteer, please contact Community Relations Specialist, Meron Hayden.

     

    The Blue Valley School District places caring adults in our schools to enrich the lives of our students. Our volunteers meet with students individually or in small groups in various capacities. These volunteers are Very Important People, as they have the opportunity to influence our students to strive for greater success. 

     
    The VIP Volunteers in Partnership program offers many opportunities to positively impact our community, including: 
     
    • Meeting with students for lunch or playing games
    • Listening to individuals or small groups of children reading
    • Assisting teachers in classrooms
    • Tutoring students in various academic areas
     
    Educating the youth of the Blue Valley School District is a collaborative effort. Businesses, community patrons, parents, and teachers work together to create a learning environment where our youth can succeed at unprecedented levels. Anyone interested in education and helping students is welcome to contact Meron Hayden to be placed in the appropriate school. We thank our community members for their continued support and dedication to our students' success.
