Construction Management
-
Students in the Construction Management program spend half of their day at their high school and half of their day on campus at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) working toward a Construction Management Certificate. Students may receive dual credit at no cost to the student for successful completion of JCCC coursework. JCCC entrance requirements must be met through achievement of required scores on the Accuplacer assessment or ACT scores for College Algebra (ACT Math score of 22 or higher) and Composition 1 (ACT English score of 19 or higher).
Students can earn a Construction Management Certificate while in high school. Students will receive dual credit at no cost to the student. Opportunities exist for students to continue coursework at JCCC to earn their AAS in Construction Management Technology and to transfer that credit to four-year colleges for continued work. JCCC has an establish transfer agreement with University of Central Missouri.
