FINANCE AND OPERATIONS BOARD ADVISORY COMMITTEE

COMMITTEE PURPOSE
Committee members will learn about the district’s financial planning, human resources, operations and facility needs, then provide input on these key operational areas that support student learning and staff success. Topics may include budget priorities, staffing and compensation strategies, enrollment trends, facilities planning and maintenance. The committee supports responsible management of resources and long-term sustainability of systems that enable safe, effective educational environments.

Meetings are held in the Board of Education Room at the Blue Valley District Office, located at 15020 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66223, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
