SchoolCash Online is a trusted, user-friendly platform used by school districts across the country. It gives families and students the ability to: 

Pay for items online 24/7 using a credit card or debit card

• Receive email notifications for upcoming events and new items
• View and print receipts

All transactions are processed securely and are specific to your student.

SchoolCash Online will be used to collect payments for certain non-Board of Education fees that previously required cash or checks, including but not limited to:

• Field trips
• Classroom activities
• Parking fines
• Yearbooks

In July 2025, Blue Valley families received an email invitation from SchoolCash Online with a unique link to register. Once registered, families will be able to access their student’s items, manage payments and track history all in one place. Even if families don’t plan to make purchases right away, all families are encouraged to create an account to stay informed.
