PLANNING PROCESS

After nine months of meaningful conversation, input from 5,000 community members and collaborative work from a broad cross-section of the district, the Blue Valley Board of Education approved the district’s new strategic plan in May 2025.

The Cultivating Blue Valley: Strategic Plan was shaped by a 30-member planning committee representing students, families, community members, certified and classified staff, administrators and board members. United by a shared commitment to quality education and preparing students for the future, the committee guided the process from start to finish.
