Blue Valley’s strategic plan was shaped over nine months by a 30-member planning committee representing a broad cross-section of the community and was approved by the Board of Education in May 2025.

The Planning Committee, a 30-member team representing a broad cross-section of the Blue Valley community, played a key role in shaping the district’s approved Strategic Plan. United by a shared commitment to quality education and preparing students for the future, the committee helped guide the process from start to finish, including developing the final recommendations presented to the Board of Education.
